The person who marked your bike will have given you your bike register number (tamper proof sticker onto your bike) and helped you to find and note your frame number (as well as other pertinent details). Please double check all  the details you enter against your bike before entering them here.

NB. Please make sure you enter the right information into each box as this is directly uploaded onto a database and information put in the wrong boxes may result in your information on the data base being incorrect.

The data you enter below will be passed onto Bike Register and not used for any other purposes.

If you are unsure about anything please first check the explaination notes below the question (where applicable) and if you are still unsure contact the Transport team on transport-plan@bristol.ac.uk 

You are free to put either your University email address or any of your personal email addresses.

Please put the first line of your address.

Please put the second line of your address (if applicable), this doesn't include your town/city or post code (you are asked for these in the next couple of questions).

This will usually be written on your bicycle first and then followed by the model name.

The model is usually written on the bike after the make.

Please put the colour of your bike here. If it is two colours then please put the second colour under the questions labelled 'Colour 2'. If there are more than 2 colours then feel free to group in the two boxes available.

This is usually on the underside of the bike. If you can only partially read the number please note this. Please double check your frame number before entering.

This is the number etched ointo your bike by the security officer or PCSO. They should give you the number to note on your form. Please double check it on your bike before noting it here.
